Sushrut hospital issues a "PIN Number" to each and every patient when he avails the service either as a inpatient or as an outpatient. This is a unique number, which is applicable to only to you. This number can be useful in many ways to you and the hospital for immediate retrieval of your records. Please maintain this number with great care.

Registration counter is on the Ground Floor of the hospital. The registration timings are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (IST) . However Emergency admissions are done throught the day.

•

Registration is done for the pre decided /Emergency admissions. The registration date and class is mutually decided by the treating doctor and the patient. This is subject to the availability of the desired type of accommodation.

For Company / Third Party Patients : Please do bring your Letter of Admission stating Estimate and Class allocated to you from the Your Company for Employee /Employee Relatives / Dependants in case of being admitted at our Hospital.

Incase of Third Party insurance please do bring the Estimate and the letter of admission and the indentity card..
